A 1000 reward if product adulteration is proven through an approved laboratory test, according to the following conditions:
The product must be purchased directly from Malakat Al Nahl store.
An official report from an approved laboratory must be provided proving that the product is adulterated or does not match the advertised specifications.
The order number and invoice must be clear and must match the tested product.
The request must be submitted within a reasonable period from the delivery date.
The issue must not be caused by improper storage or misuse after delivery.
The reward request will be reviewed and the report and order details will be verified before approval.
Cases Not Covered by Return
Return or exchange requests may not be accepted in the following cases:
If the product has been opened or used without a valid reason related to non matching specifications.
If the product was damaged due to improper storage after delivery.
If the request is submitted without an order number or proof of purchase from Malakat Al Nahl.
If the reason for return is a change of mind after receiving the product in good condition and matching the description.
